IMPORTANT: Scam Shield provides guidance and analysis to help identify potential scams, but we cannot guarantee 100% accuracy. Our AI-powered analysis is a tool to assist your judgement, not replace it.

You should always:

• Trust your instincts if something feels wrong
• Consult with trusted family members or friends
• Contact your bank directly if you suspect financial fraud
• Report suspicious activity to An Garda Síochána

4. User Responsibilities

Scam Shield offers both free and premium subscription tiers:

Premium subscriptions are billed monthly or annually. You may cancel at any time through your app store account settings.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Scam Shield and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses resulting from:

• Any financial losses from scams not detected by our service
